a numerology reading is an invitation to explore the meaning carried within your name and birth date. together, we examine your core numbers, natural gifts, recurring patterns, personal lessons, and the season of life you are currently moving through. the reading offers language for what you may already sense within yourself, while creating space for reflection, clarity, and deeper self-understanding. you will also receive a written report summarizing the numbers and insights discussed during our session.
reiki healing
a Reiki session is a grounding experience that invites you to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei, often understood as universal or spiritual wisdom, and Ki, meaning life-force energy, and may be offered through hands-on practice or hands held just above the body, always honoring your comfort and consent.
handmade offerings
small-batch creations made with care, intention, and reverence for the ways we tend to ourselves and one another. from candles and body oils to herbal body butters, foot soaks, and other evolving creations, each offering invites grounding, ritual, remembrance, and connection into everyday life. these practices can also be shared through earthstrong (birthday) gifts, interactive making experiences for schools, organizations, companies, corporate spaces, and community gatherings, where participants are guided in creating their own handmade offerings with intention and care.
tending to the roots
tending to the Roots is an invitation to slow down and return to the wisdom of the body. a warm herbal foot soak infused with Reiki. honoring the feet as the foundation from which we stand, walk, and meet the world, you are invited into intentional rest, quiet reflection, and integration. as the herbs steep, the water holds Reiki energy, offering gentle support as you reconnect with yourself and allow what is ready to soften, settle, and be restored.
ancestral healing
ancestral Healing is a guided experience for exploring the relationships, patterns, and wisdom carried through your family across generations. together, we build a family tree and genogram and identify areas for deeper exploration. the experience includes intuitive guidance and a plan with next steps for continued research, reflection, and intergenerational healing.
facilitation / guide
I guide intentional spaces that invite reflection, connection, expression, and transformation. Because no two spaces, groups, or communities are the same, each experience is shaped with care and may be felt, received, and engaged with differently. Offerings may include sound healing, community circles, art, writing, deep breathing, journaling and writing workshops, moderated conversations, and thoughtfully designed experiences for private groups, organizations, retreats, birthday celebrations, and companies.
sacred expressions
Sacred Expressions is where my words, voice, and creative offerings live and take form. This includes poetry, written reflections, guided meditations, voice narration, e-books, commissioned poetry and writing, and collaborative creative projects. My Substack and Instagram also serve as living archives for these expressions—spaces where writing, reflection, memory, and evolving bodies of work can be gathered, witnessed, and revisited.
